Providing disability awareness workshops to organisations to ensure that employees feel Disability confident when supporting other colleagues and customers.

Supporting people who have disabilities whether customers, employees or colleagues can be challenging when you don’t have the correct training or knowledge to do so. It can also be stressful when you don’t know where or who to go to get support.

Our disability awareness workshops will help you and your colleagues to feel empowered and confident when discussing disability, supporting or employing people with disabilities.

Utilising their many years of experience, our trainers have created an enjoyable, informative and challenging workshop for delegates to attend.

Our disability awareness workshops are perfect for lunch and learn or as part of a corporate team building day.

From our disability awareness workshops delivered in 2019, feedback from delegates showed that 100% would recommend to others.

We usually ask you to choose one topic from each box below (4 topics in total) to form your disability workshop.

If there is a topic that you would like to include in your workshop that is not listed above or you would like to incorporate more than 4 topics into your workshop, our trainers will be more than happy to discuss the options that are available with you.

Once you are happy with the topics you have chosen, we then select the appropriate games and activities for the delegates to engage in, which can include quizzes, videos and scenario-based tasks for example. We have ensured that our disability awareness workshops are interactive and participative, so that delegates get the most from them whilst having fun.

Questions you might be thinking

The cost of our disability workshops is based on the number of delegates in attendance and the length of the workshop you would like.

The most popular disability workshop we deliver usually costs £1100.00 and this would last one hour for 30 delegates. Our lunch and learn workshops can last 1-1.5 hours with a maximum of 100 delegates. If you require a workshop for more than 100 delegates, please contact us so we can discuss a bespoke workshop. All of our workshops are delivered face to face at a location of your choosing.

We believe that it is key for disability awareness training to be delivered with balance and authenticity which is why all of our disability awareness trainers have both personal and professional experience of disability. They are able to share this with delegates to provide insight and learning.

We use a thought-provoking approach to ensure delegates leave with an awareness and appreciation of disability, inclusivity and equality. Our workshops use a variety of methods to ensure that all delegates are able to learn and soak in valuable knowledge.
